check out blues evening/jam session as well on Tuesday. Relaxed setting and local boys n girls get up and jam with the band. great fun.
ReplyDeleteAny pub is good that has live music. I saw a band months ago, can't remember the name. They were excellent, they were a 3 piece unit with a tall stocky (rugby looking) dark guy on guitar, really good guitar, and the band played Led Zep...yes! and Greenday and even some reggae, they were superb. Never seen them since, as i only go in there from time to time.
ReplyDeleteAs a Wednesday night Blue Moon Jazz Band regular, it is good to see all the improvements to this pub. Certainly a good night's entertainment of Traditional Jazz, every week.
ReplyDelete4 of us stayed b&b over the weekend. Rooms perfect we had an evening meal great. Fantastic value for money definitely stay again. Tony and all the staff could not do enough for us. Rated out of 10 - 20. Thanks
ReplyDeleteThe Watermans Arms, Hersham is now a tradittional pub with pool table, darts, football, golf society, great larger, fantastic food and bed and breakfast!! a must visit pub still run by Anthony Blenkinsop and his wife Pam. live music, salsa dancing so much going on.
